Take Solutions Limited — Others, 01-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) was held to address key governance matters. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved all six resolutions presented. This includes the regularisation of Ms. Cecily Dheepa as a Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Vedamirtham Venkatesan as an Executive and Whole-Time Director, with his remuneration fixed. Additionally, three new Independent Directors — Ms. Pushpa Joshi, Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh, and Mr. Peeyush Sethia — were appointed.
