Speciality Restaurants has set August 28, 2025, as the Record Date. Shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for the FY25 dividend, if it gets approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 4. Dividend payments, if declared, will commence from September 8. This date also determines e-voting eligibility for the AGM.
