Hester Biosciences Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hester Biosciences' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at INR 84.11 Cr, up from INR 81.93 Cr last quarter and INR 82.27 Cr year-on-year. Profit after tax saw a significant jump to INR 17.30 Cr, compared to INR 1.54 Cr in the previous quarter and INR 7.49 Cr a year ago. EPS for the quarter is INR 20.33. The company also streamlined its reporting, merging 'Petcare' with 'Animal Healthcare' segments for better operational alignment.
