Kaycee Industries Ltd — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Board Meeting

KAYCEE Industries has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 13.90 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 1.40 Cr. Consolidated revenue was also Rs 13.90 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 1.26 Cr. The Board also appointed Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy as a Whole Time Director for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jayaraman Balasubramanian was appointed as the new Chairman, following a prior resignation, aiming to strengthen leadership and strategic direction.
