L&T's Minerals & Metals business secured a 'Large' EPC contract from Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), a Vedanta Group company. The order, valued between ₹2,500 Cr to ₹5,000 Cr, is for establishing a 250 KTPA Leaching, Purification & Cellhouse facility and a 125 KTPA Jarosite Circuit at HZL’s Debari Smelter Complex in Rajasthan. L&T's scope includes design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the plant components and associated auxiliaries. This strengthens L&T's long-standing partnership with HZL.
