S J Logistics' Board has approved key decisions for the upcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM via Video Conferencing. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajen Hasmukhlal Shah as Managing Director for another five years, pending shareholder approval. To ensure a fair and accurate AGM process, the Board appointed Mr. Rushabh Doshi as Scrutiniser and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for e-voting. The Annual Report for FY24-25 was also finalized.
