Odigma Consultancy Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ODigMa's board has approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 23.5% year-on-year to ₹0.11 Cr, primarily driven by strong performance in its global Top-Level Domain (gTLD) business. Revenue from operations, however, dipped to ₹6.57 Cr, attributed to seasonal softness and macroeconomic headwinds. EBITDA also saw a 61% YoY decrease to ₹0.25 Cr.

Strategically, the board also approved incorporating a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Sharjah, UAE, focusing on digital media management, marketing, content, and online advertising. Additionally, the 14th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 22, 2025.
