Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TARIL's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company delivered a strong performance, with Revenue from Operations surging to Rs 529.33 crore, a significant jump from Rs 322.00 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit for the period also saw a robust increase to Rs 67.46 crore, compared to Rs 20.83 crore previously. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee. Management noted that a subsidiary, Triveni Transtech (India) Private Limited, will receive holding company support to boost operations and improve its financial health.
