Go Fashion (India) Limited's Board has approved Q1 financial results: Revenue from operations reached ₹222.83 Cr, and Profit After Tax was ₹22.26 Cr, yielding an EPS of ₹4.12. The Board also approved the re-appointment of three Independent Directors and key leadership, including Mr. Prakash Kumar Saraogi as Managing Director and Mr. Gautam Saraogi as Executive Director, each for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Vinod Kumar Saraogi joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director, replacing Mr. Rahul Saraogi who resigned. The company's 15th Annual General Meeting is set for September 04, 2025.
