Go Fashion (India) Limited's board met today, approving Q1 FY25 financial results. Revenue from operations hit ₹222.83 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹22.26 Cr.

Key leadership changes were also announced. Three Independent Directors (Mr. Srinivasan Sridhar, Mr. Dinesh Madanlal Gupta, Mrs. Rohini Manian), MD Mr. Prakash Kumar Saraogi, and ED Mr. Gautam Saraogi were all approved for re-appointment to new 5-year terms. Additionally, Mr. Vinod Kumar Saraogi was appointed as an Additional Director. Notably, Mr. Rahul Saraogi resigned from his Non-Executive Director role.
