Go Colors' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a Profit After Tax of ₹22.26 Cr on revenue from operations of ₹222.83 Cr. EPS was ₹4.12. Key leadership changes were also approved: three Independent Directors, the Managing Director, and the Executive Director were re-appointed for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Vinod Kumar Saraogi was appointed as an Additional Director, and Mr. Rahul Saraogi resigned from his Non-Executive Director position due to other commitments. A new Secretarial Auditor's appointment will also be put to shareholders at the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting.
