Go Fashion (India) Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of Rs 222.83 Cr and profit after tax of Rs 22.26 Cr. Board approvals, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, included the re-appointment of three Independent Directors, the Managing Director, and the Executive Director. Mr. Vinod Kumar Saraogi was appointed as an Additional Director, while Mr. Rahul Saraogi resigned. M/s. Sridharan & Sridharan Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors.
