AKSHAR SPINTEX's board has endorsed several key appointments for shareholder approval. The company proposes the re-appointment of Mr. Harikrushna S. Chauhan as a director and Mr. Parsottambhai Vasoya for a second five-year term. The regularization of Mr. Harry Paghdar as Managing Director with approved remuneration, and Mr. Sureshkumar C.
