Graphite India's board has approved its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹665 Cr, with profit before tax at ₹167 Cr and a net profit of ₹134 Cr (EPS ₹6.87).
Crucially, the board greenlit a significant expansion of its Graphite Electrodes Division, adding 25,000 TPA capacity in two phases: 13,000 TPA within 12 months and 12,000 TPA over 36 months. This ₹600 Cr investment, including ₹100 Cr for renewable energy captive power, will be funded by internal resources or debt, driven by anticipated demand.
