Safari Industries (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Safari Industries board has approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue surged to Rs. 527.83 Cr, up from Rs. 450.02 Cr last year, with profit after tax rising to Rs. 50.49 Cr.

The board also approved subscribing up to Rs. 25 Cr to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Safari Manufacturing, to fund capital expenditure. This will boost production capabilities.

Further, Ms. Manjaree Chowdhary, an experienced General Counsel from Maruti Suzuki, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, bringing strong strategic and legal expertise. Mrs. Vijaya Sampath's tenure as Independent Director concludes on August 4, 2025.
