Autoline Industries' promoters, Mr. Shivaji Akhade and Mr. Sudhir Mungase, have increased their stake by converting warrants into equity shares via preferential allotment. Each promoter converted 1,100,000 warrants, adding 2.2 million equity shares to the company's capital base. Mr. Akhade's holding rose from 13.55% to 16.09%, while Mr. Mungase's stake increased from 10.01% to 12.56%.
