Indoco Remedies has executed a Sale and Lease Back agreement with OPC Asset Solution for movable properties at its Waluj Facility. Indoco sold assets for Rs. 27.21 Cr and leased them back for a 10-year tenure with total lease fees of Rs. 37.98 Cr and a Rs. 2.72 Cr security deposit. This strategic move ensures continued operations, with no impact on manufacturing or core business, as the company retains full use of the assets.
