HEC Projects has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to ₹27.91 Cr, up from ₹18.02 Cr in the prior year quarter. Profit for the period rose to ₹1.33 Cr from ₹0.84 Cr. The company's board has also decided to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2025. Furthermore, the board approved a change in Statutory Auditors with M/s. KDN & Associates LLP to replace M/s. Paresh Thothawala & Co., pending shareholder approval. New Secretarial and Cost Auditors were also approved.
