PNC Infratech Limited — Updates, 01-08-2025: Press Release

PNC Infratech has completed the sale of its equity stake in PNC Bareilly Nainital Highways Private Limited, a BOT Toll Road project, to Vertis Infrastructure Trust. This marks the successful conclusion of the second tranche of its strategic asset divestment program. The transaction for this asset was finalized at an Enterprise Value of Rs 716.2 Cr. The company received Rs 153.48 Cr against equity and debentures, and Rs 239.35 Cr for unsecured loans, with an additional ~Rs 80 Cr expected. 11 out of 12 planned assets are now divested, with the final asset sale anticipated in H1 FY26.
