Graphite India's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹665 Cr, with profit for the period at ₹133 Cr.
The board also approved a significant expansion plan for its Graphite Electrodes Division, aiming to add 25,000 TPA capacity. This will be done in two phases: Phase 1 (13,000 TPA) in 12 months and Phase 2 (12,000 TPA) in 36 months. The estimated investment is approximately ₹600 Cr, including ₹100 Cr for captive renewable energy, to be funded through internal resources or debt. This expansion anticipates growth in electrode demand.
