Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited — JV/Acquisition, 01-08-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries (MCMIL) will absorb its wholly-owned subsidiary, JPA Snacks Private Limited (JSPL). The merger aims to simplify the corporate structure, boost operational efficiency, enhance net-worth, reduce costs, and unlock shareholder value for MCMIL.

Since JSPL is fully owned by MCMIL, no new shares will be issued, and there's no share exchange ratio or external shareholder dilution. The investment in JSPL will be cancelled. The amalgamation is contingent on National Company Law Tribunal approval.
