Safari Industries (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Safari's board has approved its consolidated Q1 financial results. Revenue from operations for the quarter hit ₹527.83 Cr, with Profit After Tax reaching ₹50.49 Cr. The board also appointed Ms. Manjaree Chowdhary, an experienced General Counsel from Maruti Suzuki, as a new Independent Director. This appointment follows the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee's review. Mrs. Vijaya Sampath's tenure as an Independent Director will conclude on August 4th. Furthermore, Safari will invest up to ₹25 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Safari Manufacturing Limited, to fund its capital expenditure. Board committees were also reconstituted.
