Naturewings Holidays Ltd — Updates, 01-08-2025: Company Update

NatureWings Holidays' board approved a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the August 25, 2025 Annual General Meeting. They also approved a preferential issue of up to 4,99,200 equity shares at ₹75 each to non-promoter entities, aiming to raise about ₹3.74 crore, subject to shareholder consent.
