NCC Limited has issued its Integrated Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conference on August 29. Shareholders will vote on adopting the financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and a proposed dividend of ₹2.20 per share. The company will also seek approval for reappointing directors and ratifying remuneration for its Cost Auditor at ₹0.025 Cr, whose audit covers infrastructure projects with ₹1,906 Cr revenue. Additionally, a new Secretarial Auditor will be appointed for five years, with an initial remuneration of ₹0.04 Cr. E-voting opens on August 26.
