ITC Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ITC has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter. The company reported consolidated total income from continuing operations of ₹23,811.56 Cr and profit after tax of ₹5,343.41 Cr. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for continuing operations stood at ₹4.19.

Strategically, ITC increased its stake in Mother Sparsh Baby Care to 39.47% and fully acquired Sresta Natural Bioproducts, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The Board also approved the merger scheme for Sresta Natural Bioproducts and Wimco Ltd with ITC, pending approvals. Shares were also allotted under the Employee Stock Option Schemes.
