Ceeta Industries will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders can attend and vote electronically on matters in the AGM Notice. The notice and annual report will be sent to registered email addresses and are available on the company, BSE, and CDSL websites. Shareholders can request physical copies. The company has also opened a special window for six months for re-lodgement of previously rejected physical share transfer requests, after which securities will be issued only in demat form. This ensures all shareholders can participate and manage their holdings.
