Maral Overseas Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Shareholders can participate via video conferencing. Eligibility for voting at the AGM will be determined by a cut-off date of August 22, 2025. Remote e-voting will be available from August 26, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) until August 28, 2025 (5:00 p.m.). An e-voting facility will also be provided during the meeting itself. The company will circulate the AGM notice and annual report to shareholders shortly.
