Jubilant FoodWorks has announced its Annual General Meeting on August 28, 2025, for various approvals including adopting financial results. Consolidated revenue for FY25 reached ₹8,141.73 Cr, with standalone revenue at ₹6,104.67 Cr. The company achieved a consolidated EBITDA of ₹1,572.24 Cr and standalone EBITDA of ₹1,180.72 Cr. Group system sales hit ₹9,322.2 Cr, expanding its network to 3,316 stores, adding 325 outlets including 238 Domino's. A dividend of ₹1.20 per share has been proposed. Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia is up for re-appointment, and Mr. Berjis M. Desai has stepped down from the board. M/s. Chandrasekaran Associates are put forth as new Secretarial Auditors.
