This strategic move creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to execute the recently secured Letter of Award from Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority. The project involves the reconstruction and mechanization of Berth Nos. 7 and 8 at Netaji Subhash Dock in Kolkata for container handling services under a DBFOT model. Initial capital infusion for the subsidiary is 0.01 Cr, signaling commitment to expanding port infrastructure and container operations.
