Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. has announced a leadership change. Shri Kamal Dayani has resigned as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 31, 2025, due to superannuation. Shri Sanjeev Kumar, an experienced IAS officer with over 27 years in public administration and leadership roles in various PSUs, will now hold the additional charge as Managing Director. The company will complete necessary procedures for his formal induction, which is subject to Board and Nomination & Remuneration Committee approvals. This transition brings a new leader with extensive government and public sector experience to the company's helm.
