Thinkink Picturez Ltd — Updates, 01-08-2025: Company Update

Thinkink Picturez's Board Meeting was adjourned as the Audit Committee had not yet approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The Board meeting is now rescheduled for August 12 to consider these results. Additionally, the company announced a change in its Statutory Auditors. M/s Parin Patwari & Co. resigned as their proprietorship firm will cease operations. Following input from the Audit Committee, M/s Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors, effective until the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
