Baazar Style Retail's board has approved its standalone financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue stood at ₹317.83 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹3.21 Cr and EPS of ₹2.03. The board also appointed M/s. S.K. Joshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Alok Kumar Prakash was appointed as Assistant Vice President – Supply Chain Management.
