Facor Alloys has received an arbitration award significantly in its favor against Rajadhiraj Tirupani Vinayak Natraj Pvt. Ltd. The company was awarded Rs 18.87 Cr for conversion charges and Rs 0.38 Cr for invoices, along with outstanding electricity charges and 9% interest from October 2022. An amount of Rs 2.17 Cr was awarded against Facor, which can be adjusted from the total. This award represents a substantial financial recovery for Facor Alloys, strengthening the company's financial position.
