Jubilant Pharmova Limited — Important, 01-08-2025: General Updates

Jubilant Pharmova is urging shareholders to claim unpaid dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards and corresponding equity shares. Dividends and shares, like the 140 equity shares mentioned, unclaimed for seven consecutive years will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) by November 1. Shareholders have until August 25 to claim these assets directly from the company to avoid the transfer. Post-transfer, claims can be made directly from the IEPF.
