SML Isuzu has announced the termination of the Shareholders’ Agreement between Sumitomo Corporation and Isuzu Motors Limited. This agreement, which previously governed their rights and obligations as significant shareholders, is ceasing. The termination follows the ongoing transfer of Sumitomo and Isuzu’s entire shareholdings in SML Isuzu to Mahindra & Mahindra.
