UFLEX Limited — Important, 02-08-2025: General Updates

Uflex Limited has formed a Joint Venture, AMPIN C&I Power Twenty Private Limited, with AMPIN C&I Power Private Limited to establish a solar power plant in Haryana. Uflex holds a 26% stake, a key requirement for purchasing solar power from the JV under the captive power policy. This strategic partnership aims to secure a long-term, sustainable solar energy supply for Uflex's operations. The newly incorporated JV has an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.15 Cr and a subscribed share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr.
