Kuantum Papers Limited — Others, 02-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Kuantum Papers will hold its 28th Annual General Meeting virtually to seek shareholder approvals on several key matters. These include adopting the company's financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and approving a dividend payment of Rs. 3 per equity share.
