This capital aims to expand the EV component business, which manufactures electric vehicle motors and chargers. As of March 2025, Shakti EV Mobility had assets of ₹101.22 Cr and turnover of ₹3.73 Cr. This strategic move strengthens Shakti Pumps' presence in the rapidly growing electric vehicle sector, diversifying its product portfolio for future growth in EV components.
