Bhageria Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 02-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bhageria Industries has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. For the quarter, the company reported a revenue of Rs. 157.48 crore and a profit of Rs. 11.27 crore.

In a strategic move, the board also approved the closure of its foreign wholly-owned subsidiary, Bhageria Industries Holding Company W.L.L. This decision aims to streamline the company's international operations and reduce compliance complexities, as a foreign branch is now operationally sufficient. The subsidiary had negligible financial contribution (Nil revenue, 567 BHD net worth) and is expected to close by December 2025.
