Cupid Limited — Important, 02-08-2025: General Updates

Cupid Ltd. is transferring shares and unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This impacts shareholders whose Final and Special Dividend from FY2017-18 remains unclaimed for seven years. Shareholders must claim their unpaid dividend by November 2, 2025, or shares will be transferred to the IEPF. Though transferred, these shares and related benefits can still be reclaimed from the IEPF Authority by following the prescribed procedure.
