Diana Tea Company has announced its 114th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 25, 2025, to be held via video conferencing. Shareholders can remotely e-vote from August 22-24, 2025, with August 18, 2025, as the cut-off date. The Company's share transfer books will close from August 18-25, 2025, for the AGM. Additionally, a special window is open until January 6, 2026, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests rejected before April 2019, with shares to be issued only in demat form.
