Exxaro Tiles' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 64.93 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 0.81 Cr.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kamal Dave as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the 18th Annual General Meeting is set for September 27, 2025, via video conferencing.
