KIFS Financial Services has opened a special window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests. This is for transfer deeds submitted prior to April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected or unaddressed due to document issues. The window will remain open for a six-month period. All successful transfers will result in shares being issued only in demat form. Shareholders should submit their requests and required documents to the company or its registrar and share transfer agent.
