Nephro Care India Limited — Important, 02-08-2025: General Updates

Nephro Care India significantly expanded its footprint in FY25. Post-IPO, raising ₹41.26 Cr, it inaugurated Vivacity Multispecialty Hospital in Kolkata, a 100-bed facility with AI-enabled OTs and ICUs, and launched a dedicated CTVS unit. New renal care units opened in Shyambazar and Alipurduar. The company is developing a low-cost, AI-enabled hemodialysis machine, aiming to reduce costs from ₹0.75-0.80 Cr to ₹0.20 Cr. Revenue from operations grew to ₹46.03 Cr (from ₹27.23 Cr), and EBITDA reached ₹7.40 Cr. Net Profit stood at ₹3.64 Cr, impacted by higher depreciation. Future plans include a Bandra unit and 10 new clinics in East India.
