Ventive Hospitality has convened its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually. Shareholders will vote on adopting FY25 financial results and re-appointing Mr. Nipun Sahni, an experienced real estate investment professional. Mr. Sahni, who previously served at Apollo Global Management and GE Capital, received 0.25 Cr in remuneration for part of FY25. The company also proposes appointing M/s SVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term with an annual fee of up to 0.035 Cr. The AGM includes routine corporate governance approvals.
