Veljan Denison's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue was ₹38.53 Cr with ₹7.11 Cr profit after tax, while consolidated revenue hit ₹42.62 Cr and ₹7.33 Cr profit. The Board also re-appointed M/s. SRK & Co. as Cost Auditor and proposed Mrs. Umadevi Uppaluri's re-appointment. Material related party transactions with Veljan Hydrair, Suxus Systems, and ECMAT Limited received preliminary approval, pending shareholder consent at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
