Ms. Shenaz Zoobin Bapooji, a marketing and brand veteran with 30 years' experience, joins as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Vinay Agarwal has resigned as an Independent Director. The board also re-appointed Mr. Hemant Dharnidharka as Managing Director for three more years, effective August 8, also subject to shareholder nod. M/s.
