Modison Ltd. has set September 2, 2025, as the record date for the FY25 dividend. If shareholders approve at the September 9, 2025 AGM, those holding shares by this date will be eligible for the proposed Rs. 2 per share dividend. Payments are expected from September 12, 2025. This date also serves as the cut-off for voting eligibility at the AGM.
