Dilip Buildcon's Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue dropped 16.4% to INR 2,620 Cr, but PAT jumped 93.7% to INR 271 Cr. Management noted muted order activity across infrastructure sectors due to high competition and lower bid standards by authorities.

The company is focusing on profitable growth, maintaining margin thresholds, and implementing cost-cutting measures. It anticipates a significant increase in orders in H2 FY26, targeting INR 12,000-15,000 Cr in new orders and INR 8,000-8,500 Cr in full-year revenue at 11% EBITDA margin.

Standalone net debt reduction of INR 500 Cr by March 2026 is on track, aiming for net debt-free by FY27. The InvIT formation for HAM projects is nearing completion, with listing expected soon. Coal MDO operations are robust, meeting Q1 production targets and on track for full-year targets of 32 million metric tons.

Management expressed confidence in their strategic refinement, emphasizing quality over volume and diversifying beyond roads. They have bid for projects worth INR 20,000 Cr. The overall tone is confident in navigating the current environment while strengthening long-term financial health.
