SML Isuzu Limited — Board Meeting, 02-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SML Isuzu's board has made key leadership changes. Mr. Vinod Kumar Sahay is now Executive Chairman from August 3, 2025, with Mr. Chandra Shekhar Verma continuing as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Rakesh Bhalla's CFO role ends September 30, as he transitions to an Advisor, and Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan takes over as CFO from October 1. Mr. Ritesh Agrawal has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Separately, statutory auditors M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP resigned due to independence concerns after Mahindra & Mahindra acquired a controlling stake. M/s. B S R & Co. LLP has been appointed as the new auditor, pending shareholder approval for a 5-year term.
